What can I request?
You can add as many design requests as you like to your queue. Core includes one active request at a time, while Pro includes two. Once a request is completed, we move straight on to the next.
What is a Studio Block?
Studio Blocks represent the creative capacity included in your subscription. Requests use different numbers of Blocks depending on their scope, so a single social graphic isn't treated the same as a substantial presentation.
How quickly will I receive my design?
Most requests receive an initial concept within 3–6 working days, depending on scope. Partner subscribers receive priority scheduling, typically within 2–5 working days. Larger requests are given a clear delivery schedule.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Up to two reasonable rounds of revisions are included within the Studio Blocks assigned to each request.
How do I submit and manage requests?
Once onboarding is complete, you'll receive access to your private Trello client portal. This is where you submit requests, follow progress, provide revisions and keep track of completed work.
What happens after I subscribe?
You'll receive an onboarding form where you can tell us about your business, audience, brand and creative direction, and upload assets such as logos, photography and brand guidelines. Work begins once onboarding is complete, the required materials have been provided and your first request has been reviewed.
